We want to make everything by ourselves,
but we are not going to spend the night there. Moreover it is very simple:
in the wall cupboard, there are 3 eggs, 2 pastries, a box of tuna and
a bottle of white wine.
It is 7:12 pm and in twenty minutes we shall be ten for the apéro. Fortunately,
there is ESPRIT & GOÛT: we would indeed give the pipe to our friends,
but then it would not be any more a secret…
IT IS ME WHO MADE IT: A “FRIPONNE” AND A “INCONNU” FOR
THE APERITIF: With ESPRIT & GOÛT, Stéphane Ceillier and Hervé-Marie
Hablot are Assemblers of flavors.

Lazy gourmands and
collectors of spices, they invent the new simple gestures of a playful
and flavorful cooking.
An evening of apéritive panic, they imagined Tartaïades and Aperitifs
on base of white wine ESPRIT & GOÛT.
Their receipts have names for novels beginnings. The BELLE ODALISQUE, the FRIPONNE
and the ENCHANTEE ask only to meet the MOINE TURC, the INCONNU or the PROVENCAL.

And we, already, to imagine with them competitions
of crazy cakes and sudden picnics on the carpet.
We would indeed spend the pipe with our friends, but then, it would not be
any more a secret … |
