We want to make everything by ourselves, but
we are not going to spend the night there. Moreover it is very simple:
in the wall cupboard, there are 3 eggs, 2 pastries, a box of tuna and a
bottle of white wine.
It is 7:12 pm and in twenty minutes we shall be ten for the apéro.
Fortunately, there is ESPRIT & GOÛT: we would indeed give the
pipe to our friends, but then it would not be any more a secret…
IT IS ME WHO MADE IT: A “FRIPONNE” AND A “INCONNU” FOR
THE APERITIF: With ESPRIT & GOÛT, Stéphane Ceillier and
Hervé-Marie Hablot are Assemblers of flavors.

Lazy gourmands and collectors
of spices, they invent the new simple gestures of a playful and flavorful
cooking.
An evening of apéritive panic, they imagined Tartaïades and Aperitifs
on base of white wine ESPRIT & GOÛT.
Their receipts have names for novels beginnings. The BELLE ODALISQUE, the FRIPONNE
and the ENCHANTEE ask only to meet the MOINE TURC, the INCONNU or the PROVENCAL.

And we, already, to imagine with them competitions of crazy
cakes and sudden picnics on the carpet.
We would indeed spend the pipe with our friends, but then, it would not
be any

BOITAÏADES : 1 can, a bag of boitaïade, yoghourt
and olive oil. Mix: it does not more remain than to spread. Mixtures
for a box of 400g.

TARTAÏADES : for biscuits aperitif: simply sprinkle
the bag of tartaïade
on a pastry base, cut in strips and cook in the oven 20 min. The bag

RIZGOLO : Rice in spices. Cooking pilaf, so simple!

the sweet wallcupboard which be a change for your yoghourt cake.
MY GLACE : Without ice-cream maker! To mix with 1/4
of liter of milk for 1 liter of ice-cold dessert. The preparation

the taste of the yoghourt, the fruit salad. The bag of 200g
OH! Z'EPICES : Candied fruits: candied fruits and spices,

mixtures, in moderation.
APERITIFS BASED OF WINE : Preparations for a bottle
